Diagnostic Characteristics:

The Sugar Caddy has been found only in red. Four examples are known of which only two have intact hoods.
The grille on the Sugar Caddy lacks the flat black paint found on domestic production.

Comments:

The Sugar Caddy is known to have come in a track set. In 2011, a track set sold on eBay was offered on ebay by a mexican seller.
Unfortunately, the seller attempted to open the hood for the photos and it snapped into pieces.
