ALTERNATE COLORS!

Beginning in 1974, to the end of the redline era in 1977, the catch phrase for Hot Wheels was "FLYING COLORS" During the first two years, '74 and '75 most cars were produced in only one color and tampo variation. However, due to circumstances which can now only be surmised, several of the castings were also issued in a second or "alternate" color. The production number on these variations are very low, probably in the thousands and as such the alternate color redlines are among the most difficult Hot Wheels to find. I have included a complete listing of the Alternate Colors and Castings in my INFO section. Below are some of alternates which I have in my collection.
