* Mexican Superfine Turbine #4 *
A fourth CIPSA Superfine Turbine surfaced in November 2005, in a new color; enamel green.
It has been in the collection of Juan Miguel Alcantar of Guadalajara, Mexico for about five years.
Note the capped wheels front and rear as well as the telltale mark in front of the rear wheel where the "nub" was ground off of the chassis.
Poor quality assembly, characteristic of CIPSA Superfine Turbines.
